SELLERS: Before meeting with your Realtor

2)   Make all necessary repairs. fix leaky faucets, and make sure the home has a pleasant smell.

3)   A nice landscape is  what potential buyers will  see first. May sure the lawn shows well.

4)   A neutral look is vital when painting the inside of the home.

5)   Most importantly is setting the best or the right listing price
