BUYERS - After meeting with your Realtor

 

1)   Make loan app with a lending institution.

2)   Gather requested documents for the Lender

3)   Do not make any major purchase or open up any new accounts until after closing on your home.

4)   Once you've found a home with the assistance of your Realtor, you may be advised to locate and obtain Home Owners Ins.

5)   Select a Title Company and obtain confirmation of a clear title on your new home.
